Dennis G. McCrea

Dennis McCrea obtained his law degree from UBC in 1972 and  Master of Laws Degree from the London School of Economics in 1974.  Early on he  practiced criminal and personal injury law in addition to immigration and citizenship law.  For many years now,  his entire practice  has been devoted to advising  individuals and corporations in immigration and citizenship applications and as counsel before the Immigration and Refugee Board and the Federal Courts.

Dennis is consistently recommended for immigration matters by major law firms across Canada and is listed in numerous directories as a leading expert in the Canadian immigration law.

He is a prominent member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Immigration Section having served as both National and Provincial Chairman, is a member of the American Immigration Lawyers’ Association, and  for many years was Western Editor of the Immigration Law Reporter.  He has chaired and lectured many legal training courses for Continuing Legal Education, the CBA, AILA, and others. He has also received numerous awards for service to the  public and legal profession.

Dennis has extensive experience in every aspect of  Canadian immigration and citizenship law.
