Kyle C. Hyndman

Kyle has practiced immigration and citizenship law with McCrea & Associates since 2000. He is an Executive Member of the Canadian Bar Association’s National Immigration Section, a volunteer and clinic leader for the Access Pro Bono and a member of the board of directors of the People’s Law School. He is a frequent lecturer on immigration law and has been invited to present on immigration issues by community groups, social service agencies, educational institutions and the media.
Kyle earned a Bachelor of Arts from UBC in 1996 and a law degree in 1999, completing his articles with the firm of Carlson & Company in Nanaimo, BC. He has lived in Europe and Asia and has a passion for travel, languages and culture. He has a strong commitment to sustainability and social justice and brings this to his work.
When not in the office, you can usually find Kyle riding his bicycle around Vancouver looking for new restaurants or live music.
