DIRECTIONS TO 102-1012 BEACH AVENUE
Driving:
1. Under the Burrard Bridge, you will see a street sign on Beach Avenue “Beach Avenue/Burrard Street”.
2. Across from that sign is a laneway leading south (toward False Creek), along the building. Drive down the laneway and turn left into the parkade.
3. Park for free in green visitor spaces (obtain pass from us).
4. Walk southward (toward the water) out of the parkade. You will come out at a marina by the seawall.
5. Look to your right and you will see Marmalade restaurant.
6. Take the exterior stairs just past that restaurant up one floor and turn left to our office. You may also buzz suite 102 from the ground floor entrance to access the elevator.
On Foot:
1. If approaching from Burrard Street, take the stairs (on either side of Burrard Bridge at the Pacific Boulevard intersection) and once below the bridge continue to walk southward across Beach Avenue and toward the water/seawall.
2. Walk to the seawall along the water at the marina.
3. Look to your right and you will see Marmalade restaurant.
4. Take the exterior stairs just past that restaurant up one floor and turn left to our office. You may also buzz suite 102 from the ground floor entrance to access the elevator.
