David is one of British Columbia’s immigration law pioneers, the son of an “illegal” immigrant, a renaissance man (with degrees in biochemistry, philosophy and law) and an all-around nice guy. Over the last four decades, he’s built a successful immigration law practice, and now practices with the firm of Crease Harman in Victoria. He also continues to collaborate with McCrea Immigration Law on complex cases with a Vancouver focus.
David’s own family story has taught him the value of using the law to fight for your rights. He brings that same sense of justice to his work.
David lives in the Victoria area with his wife Sheila, and has two adult sons.
