There’s never been any question in Elena’s mind that she wanted to practice law, and she was encouraged by her lawyer father. She studied law in her native Russia, and after moving to Canada she was determined to become a lawyer here. She worked her way through paralegal school, then a Masters degree in Common Law, all while working in the immigration field. She’s had to stay focused and determined to get through her legal training twice, immigrate to another continent, earn a living and raise her young son who is an expert at making sure all her free time is well used (by him). You’ll find her applying that same focus and determination to your case.
Elena supports the firm’s lawyers in all aspects of the firm’s practice, but gets especially excited about corporate immigration, study permits, litigation and inadmissibility. She’s happy to serve you in English and in Russian.
