Continuing the McCrea tradition of volunteering significant time to this national organization, our own Kyle Hyndman will serve as the Chair of the Canadian Bar Association's National Immigration Law Section for a one year term starting September 1, 2021.
The CBA is the voice of Canada’s legal profession, and the immigration section represents thousands of immigration lawyers across Canada with government, media, other organizations and the public. The CBA performs critical law reform and advocacy work that has led to better law and policy that benefits Canadians and immigrants and promotes the rule of law and access to justice for all.
