While her clients and colleagues have always known how talented Silvia Macedo is, its with pride and enthusiasm that we all celebrate Silvia and her most recent achievement as the recipient of the 2020-2021 CBA Immigration Section Founders Award! This award serves as further confirmation of how well regarded Silvia's talents are in the area of Immigration Law by her peers and senior members of the Bar. We simply could not think of a more worthy recipient this year!
The Founders’ Award of the CBA Immigration Law Section was created during the 30th anniversary of the Section when the original founders of the Section were honoured at the annual Immigration Law Conference. The award recognizes an exceptional law student or junior lawyer and a future leader of our Section.
